Would placing a salt lick as far far away as possible help with this problem, or would it be considered feeding the wildlife?

Love your blog, G… It’s always a fascinating read!

    Hey G… LOVE the pictures!

Something I thought of when we first moved here and had a sauna in the back yard was to take one of those 2 way radios out there with ya in case there was a moose out there when it was time to come into the house. You might want to consider one for the cabin, one for the outhouse for when you guys go out there,,,, just have to make sure the one in the cabin is turned on lol. or even an air horn.

After a quick google, I see that these are actually dangerous. I probably wouldn’t have thought to get the camera. I always thought they were just like deer are here.

Lol oh no, they will trample you if they are scared, cornered, or just having a bad day. I was on my porch peeking around the corner with the front door open ready to duck inside if needed. This was a young one and was not perturbed in the least, even when I told him to “shoo” so I could leave and go to work.
